Need a PHP Script to Automate Our MLS RETS Downloads by brettbruce

I need to have a script written or ideally the right candidate will already have this script written or something similar that can be edited slightly to work for my needs. We are updating our wordpress theme to the Houzez theme to take advantage of our MLS's RETS Listing feed... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Real Estate, WordPress)
